George Edward Mulligan Junior was involved in what was initially reported as a domestic dispute. Police arrived and found a woman in the backyard. They edge that someone fired shots toward them from inside the home. No one was hit. Police moved the woman to safety. A perimeter was established and back up arrived in the form of front Royal Police Department, the Warren County Sheriff’s Office, Virginia State Police, Winchester Police Department, Frederick County Sheriff’s Office, Rappahannock County Sheriff’s Office, establishing a giant police presence and very tense SWAT situation onto the home where the man, and two children were still inside under massive police pressure. Police fired gas canisters inside of the residence while the children were still inside. Police then brought out the children sometime after the CS gas assault. A drone was sent inside of the house and found the man dead from suicide under police dress.
