On August 12, 2024, at about 7:00 p.m., Warner Robins Police Officers responded to the 200 block of N. Sixth St., Warner Robins, Houston County, GA, in reference to a man with a gun. When officers arrived, they encountered Concepcion. Concepcion fired at the officers and tried to forcefully enter the home. Officers shot and killed him.
