OPEN RECORDS SUMMARY :
The Panama City Beach Police Department were called because a man showed signs of intoxication and erratic behavior. Police chased the unarmed man to a storage facility where an unknown number of officers attempted to subdue him and fired tasers at him. He reportedly became unresponsive during arrest. Police administered Narcan, but he died. It is not known how much intoxication and how much physical assault and taste during arrest contributed to this death.
