Kevin Kennedy, 44, was riding his ATV when Georgia State Patrol Saw him and began chasing him. During a foot chase, police unleashed a K9 that allegedly savagely attacked him. He died on 08/27/2024 from injuries from the police dog attack. According to his family, he had been bitten in the neck by the K9, and they seem to be certain that this was his cause of death. It turns out that Georgia State Patrol made a mistake. His ATV was not stolen. He had done nothing wrong when he was attacked and killed by a police dog. Georgia State Patrol has still not commented on the case as of 08/28/2024.
