Roberto Rivera allegedly fired shots at businesses in San Jose. Police state that he shot into the ceiling at a restaurant and left and shot out the windows of 7-Eleven. Police found a man who had been shot in injured by Rivera. Rivera seem to seemingly fire at him randomly. The man was taken to the hospital in critical condition. Several officers fired at him and shot him multiple times. He died.
