Eyewitnesses state that police shot and killed the man 75 feet from the crowd near a football field and children stated that the man collapsed and died in front of them. Police had not reported this detail initially when they announced the death and had not revealed that the officer had fired his weapon near a crowded field with children and parents. Parents are quite upset and were offered free counseling by the police department.
The officer has formally invoked Marsy’s Law, a law originally created to shield the identities of crime victims. Police in Florida and several other states routinely abuse Marsy’s Law to hide the names of killer cops. Marsy’s Law has officially been requested by the officer to hide his name.

Daniel Brown, an unhoused 63-year-old cyclist, was riding east on State Road 200 around 3 a.m. near On Top of the World, a retirement community. East of the intersection with Southwest 80 Avenue, a sheriff’s office SUV came flying at 96 mph in a 50 mph zone without lights or sirens and with evidence that no brakes were ever used and hit and killed Brown on his bicycle. The deputy told troopers he could not see the cyclist before hitting them. Daniel Brown died at the scene.
Deputy Jaglal could have been charged with vehicular homicide but was cleared of criminal charges and was cited for failure to use due care when approaching a pedestrian or bicyclist. The ticket, the only repercussion for this deputy, requires a mandatory court appearance. Jalal's driver's license could be suspended for up to six months, and he could be fined up to $1,000. The case is pending a court appearance.

Auburndale PD located a car they felt may be stolen and escalated a chase. The Kia crashed in an onramp and the officer tasered the driver. Five more officers arrived and unleashed a K9 on the man who fought off the K9 and allegedly threatened police with a knife. It is not reported that he tried to harm the attacking dog or the police with whatever knife police allege he held. Police shot and killed him. Deputy Albert Johnson of the Pinellas County Sheriff’s Office was sent on a call about an upset woman who was kicking her neighbor’s door to find his wife. It is unknown what the upset was. Samantha Belk was a homeowner having some sort of spat with her neighbor. Police arrived and she retreated to her home. It is unknown why police insisted on pursuing her into her home and what police said to provoke her when she was inside of her home but she allegedly used profane language toward police and she allegedly said she had a gun. Police did not disclose detail but at some point, she allegedly opened her front door with a gun. Officer Albert Johnson shot and killed her. No BWC can be found to review the police narrative.
