Desman LaDuke, 22, was killed by police on November 21, 2023, in Nicholasville, Kentucky, after law enforcement responded to a mental health crisis at his home on Wilmore Road and Baybrook Circle. A man was driving the motorcycle and took off at high speeds on Buckeye Road when Kentucky State Police troopers and other law enforcement officers tried to pull him over. he weaved in and out of traffic and drove at high speeds during the case.
