On 06/08/2021, 26-year-old Deonte Rashad Calhoun was shot and killed by law enforcement following a vehicle pursuit that began in Crisp County and ended in Columbus, Georgia. Authorities said deputies attempted to stop Calhoun during a traffic stop, and he fled in a vehicle. After the chase entered Muscogee County, the vehicle crashed near the Macon Road exit off Interstate 185 South. When Calhoun exited and attempted to flee on foot, members of the Georgia State Patrol and U.S. Marshals Service opened fire, killing him. Investigators said Calhoun was wanted on multiple warrants. The Georgia Bureau of Investigation is conducting an independent investigation into the shooting.

The Jacksonville Sheriff's Office, along with the St. Johns County Sheriff's Office, U.S. Marshals, and the Florida Department of Law Enforcement, went to a trailer to attempt to arrest Arnold Frazier Hager Jr. Hager was wanted for eight counts of sexual battery on a child in Maryland. When officers arrived, they used a PA system to order Hager to exit the trailer. Hager fired a gun from the trailer before coming out with a black semiautomatic handgun in his hand. Officers from FDLE and JSO shot and killed him.

On 05/26/2021, an hours-long standoff occurred at 1454 Union Street in Manchester, New Hampshire. Benjamin James Bennett had barricaded himself inside the home, leading to a heavy police presence, including the U.S. Marshals Service and Manchester Police Department. On April 9, 2021, U.S. Deputy Marshals responded to a residence on the 300 block of North Hampton Road in Springfield, Ohio, at sunrise to arrest 50-year-old Douglas C. Barton. Barton was wanted for allegedly threatening a judge.

On March 23, 2021, the Montana Highway Patrol attempted to stop Christopher Eric Cook near Laurel, but he fled along Interstate 90 into Stillwater County. The pursuit ended when the vehicle crashed near North 6th Avenue and East Sublette Street. Two men exited the vehicle. On 02/04/2021, officers were searching for Dontae Green after he allegedly shot at officers at a grocery store in North Baltimore due to a dispute over his paycheck.
