A family dispute escalated to fatal events in which a man killed his father under unknown circumstances. The man chose a desperate path of fleeing from police, allegedly tried to steal or hijack a vehicle and failed, tried to run and hide in a school building and failed, was located by police which caused him to flee even harder, successfully hijack a vehicle which was inadvertently caused by police. This occurred when a motorist saw police lights and sirens behind him and pulled over for police. When pulled over, the hijacker saw the man who had pulled over for police sirens on the side of the road in the car, jumped into the car and at gunpoint forced the man out and drove away.
