The crash that killed 17-year-old Andreas Davis occurred on November 22, 2024, when he crashed a stolen Ford Fusion while fleeing Marion County Sheriff's Office deputies. Deputies had initiated a pursuit after Davis failed to stop at an intersection and continued speeding. The vehicle crashed on West Anthony Road, where Davis was found critically injured. He later died at the hospital. Two of his passengers, aged 15 and 14, were apprehended, while a third escaped. Davis had taken the vehicle from an unlocked driveway overnight.

Turell Delonte Campbell, 30, died on November 22, 2023, after a confrontation with U.S. Park Police officers in Washington, D.C. The incident occurred around 2:30 p.m. when Campbell, suspected of being involved in drug-related offenses, was pursued by an officer. The officer, wearing civilian clothes with Park Police markings, ordered Campbell to get on the ground, but Campbell refused and attempted to flee. A physical altercation followed, during which both the officer and Campbell were shot multiple times. Campbell later succumbed to his injuries, while the officer was hospitalized in stable condition​.

Following the fatal police shooting of 30-year-old Turrell Delonte Campbell on November 22, 2023, the U.S. Park Police officers involved were cleared of wrongdoing. Federal prosecutors found insufficient evidence to charge the officer who shot Campbell, citing a thorough review of evidence including body-worn camera footage, crime scene analysis, and testimony from both law enforcement and civilians. The officer involved had been shot by Campbell, and after a brief struggle, returned fire, fatally wounding Campbell.

Memphis PD were called to a domestic violence situation with a man firing shots at a vehicle of a former partner. The man fled and police escalated a chase that ended in a crash, killing the man. The driver of the third party vehicle the police chase had crashed into was also in critical condition with survival unknown. Their identity was not released.

Desman LaDuke, 22, was killed by police on November 21, 2023, in Nicholasville, Kentucky, after law enforcement responded to a mental health crisis at his home on Wilmore Road and Baybrook Circle. LaDuke, experiencing a mental health emergency, refused to leave his home despite attempts by his girlfriend to reach out for help. The Jessamine County Sheriff's Office, led by Officer Joseph Horton and SRT commander Jason Fraddosio, called in a Special Response Team (SRT) despite the lack of any criminal behavior or immediate threat. The officers, equipped with rifles, confronted LaDuke, and after an escalation, LaDuke was fatally shot by an SRT sniper who fired at him through the window, killing him inside of his home. Police later claimed that he had pointed weapons at them, which the family vehemently denies.

Officer Joseph Horton was cleared in the fatal shooting of Desman LaDuke. A grand jury concluded there was insufficient evidence to charge him with any wrongdoing. On November 21, 2023, a male individual was killed in a crash following a police chase in Hickory Hill, Arkansas. The chase occurred on Kirby Street in Conway County. The specific details of the officers involved remain unknown. The individual was involved in a high-speed pursuit initiated by the Hickory Hill Police Department, which ended when the individual lost control of the vehicle, crashing and resulting in death. A 911 caller in Franklin told police she was unharmed but her neighbor was making noise and may be trying to smash through her door. Police arrived and allege that the man had tried to shoot at the door and they called SWAT. A shelter-in-place order was called. Thick black smoke emanated from the apartment. It is not known whether the man or possible SWAT munitions caused the smoke. Police fired shots and the man fired back. When the smoke cleared, he was found shot to death. Conway PD and Faulkner County deputies arrived to the residence of Allen Seibert on Old Morrilton Highway where they allege that he opened the door with a gun. They shot and killed him. Police did not say why they raided the home. Seibert had previously been arrested for tax evasion and being involved in a gambling operation in 2017.

At a McDonald’s at drive-through, 4 police cars surrounded a black vehicle that was in the line and was swarmed by police while waiting for a food order. A police vehicle reportedly deliberately ran into the black vehicles and performed a PIT maneuver. The vehicle fled at high speed with a very aggressive police chase after it.

An eyewitness described that it sounded like a bomb going off when the vehicle crashed into a white Mercedes at such high speeds due to the chase that one of the vehicles split in half. Four people in the Mercedes including 2 children were taken away, reportedly injured and in unknown condition. The engine of the Mercedes was found outside of the car 30 feet away.

One person was declared dead at the scene. Four others were injured with some having to be cut out of the vehicles. A crushed bicycle was seen at the scene with a bicyclist becoming the fifth injured person also hit by the police chase and being transported to the hospital in unknown condition.

Noah Jenkins was allegedly speeding and Meridian PD escalated a chase, worsening the speed to above 100 mph. This dangerous chase continued on streets until Noah Jenkins crashed near Highway 39 and died. IMPD traffic-stopped a vehicle because they thought the driver had a warrant for a previous gun theft. When the vehicle stopped, both the driver and passenger ran away. Police allege that the passenger Deandre Houston “pulled an object from his waistband” and jumped over a fence. Police shot and killed him as he was jumping. Police later admitted that they shot the wrong man and that the warrant was for the driver, not passenger Leandre Houston whom they killed. Police allege that they found a gun somewhere nearby the body. Police did not answer the question whether that was Houston’s gun and whether he had actually used it.

The warrant against the driver was for a previous unlawful weapons possession. Police made no accusations against Leandre Houston and it appears that he was not accused of anything when he was killed except possibly fear of police.
