On 11/17/2021, Crawford County Sheriff’s Office personnel went to 455 Jordan Road to arrest Kevin Mark Soles on an outstanding armed robbery warrant. He ran into a wooded area behind the residence and multiple agencies joined the search. Officers located him in the woods while he was holding a handgun and maintained a prolonged standoff that included negotiation attempts and use of less lethal rounds. Gunfire occurred during the encounter and officers shot him. He was transported to a hospital where he died. A handgun was recovered at the scene and the Georgia Bureau of Investigation handled the independent review.

An officer was patrolling a park when he reportedly encountered Cody Rebischke, a homeless man living out of his vehicle. The officer, identified as James Aguirre, asked Rebischke to leave the area. An alleged altercation ensued between the two, during which Rebischke reportedly attempted to grab the officer's firearm. During the confrontation, Officer Aguirre shot and killed Rebischke.

On 11/16/2021, New Hanover County Sheriff’s Office deputies responded to 977 Bozeman Road after reports that a child had been taken while a knife was being held during the incident. Deputies received a call around 7:40 p.m. concerning shots fired at 24030 Northeast 140th Avenue in Fort McCoy, Florida. Three deputies arrived and discovered a man dead in the driveway. A second man, armed with a shotgun, approached them. Deputies ordered the man to put down the weapon, but they said he did not comply and instead tried to engage them, prompting the deputies to open fire, killing him. James Levitz, 83, and Micah Brillhart, 33, were the two men killed, but police withheld information regarding which individual was killed by police.

On November 14, 2021, at approximately 9:35 p.m., Hollywood Police Department officers pursued 16-year-old Christopher Walls, who was possibly involved in a carjacking a black 2018 Alfa Romeo and fleeing in the vehicle. On 11/13/2021, Marcus Orlando Mann, 42, was outside the emergency room entrance of a hospital in Jackson, Tennessee, where he was reportedly being combative with hospital security. A Jackson Police officer who was already in the emergency room shot and killed Mann. He is believed to have been unarmed. The officer involved has not been publicly named.

Officers pursued Elliot Lewis in an hour-long, high-speed chase across the Houston area. At about 1:45 p.m., officers located the man suspected in the stabbing. Chassity Brooks crashed the stabbing victim's truck into the Taz game room, killing 45-year-old Jeffrey Mazurowski inside. Officers were nearby and began following Brooks. About a mile down the road, he allegedly crashed into a woman sitting at a bus stop, Lailani Snell, who was killed. Police arrested Brooks.

On 11/09/2021, the Brooklyn Park Police Department responded to a call for a stolen truck. Officers saw a man driving the truck. The truck drove through a ditch onto Highway 610, losing a construction trailer. It then dragged fencing for miles onto Highway 252. Police pursued the truck. On 11/08/2021, around 3: 45 p.m., an employee of Pita Way Mediterranean Grill was reported to have brought a gun to the restaurant located at 6331 S Saginaw St in Grand Blanc but did not enter the establishment. Instead, the person barricaded themselves inside their vehicle. Officers from the Grand Blanc Township Police Department and Michigan State Police responded to the scene. On November 7, 2021, Pennsylvania State Police were dispatched to 61 Ridge Road in Union Township, Pennsylvania, for a reported violation of a protection-from-abuse order. On November 6, 2021, at approximately 2:40 a.m., Officer Caleb Sherman of the Broken Arrow Police Department attempted to stop a vehicle for a traffic violation near the 2900 block of E Kenosha Street. Upon stopping, two occupants fled on foot, while the remaining occupant, identified as 31-year-old Corey Gene Batt, opened fire, striking Officer Sherman in the leg. Officer Sherman returned fire as Batt fled into a nearby wooded area. Officer Sherman was transported to a local hospital, treated, and released. Approximately two hours later, officers located Batt deceased in the wooded area near the traffic stop. The investigation suggests that Batt died from a self-inflicted gunshot wound.
