Police were called to a shooting inside of a Burger King on 21st and Shadeland in Indianapolis. Police allege that the man whom they were targeting took an officer’s gun and police shot and killed him. This is not seen on bodycam that was released. Frederick Davis was traffic-stopped on a moped, was very cooperative and polite until it appeared that he would be arrested for not having ID on him and missing reg tags on the moped. At that point, he took off running from the officer and was seen on bodycam linked below to be shot in his back several times. He died from the shooting. Bodycam linked below. Kendra Outlaw, 16, was chased by DC Metro PD for driving a stolen car and crashed and died at Brentwood Road and Bryant Street and died as a result of the chase.

A man reported to be in a mental health crisis was seen on West Bilby Road near Nogales Highway shooting a gun in the air. Police arrived to the home and allege that he fired in their direction. Police shot and killed him. The intersection consists of storage companies and is rather unpopulated. This occurred at night when it is unlikely that the area was heavily populated. It is unclear why police felt such a threat that they had to shoot. Awaiting bodycam and other evidence.

Douglas County deputies were called to a shooting on North Bear Drive near Kings Highway. They found an injured man who had been shot who told them the shooter was inside of the house. Police entered the house and were engaged in a shootout with the man. The man was shot and killed. One deputy was injured. A woman in the home was also injured, unknown by whose bullet.

Rasheem Edwards was traffic-stopped on a dirt bike because it had no reg tags in Silver Springs Shores, FL and allegedly ran on foot from the traffic stop with officers claiming he was open-carrying a gun. Police allege that he had pulled it out and they shot and killed him.

Eyewitnesses state that police shot and killed the man 75 feet from the crowd near a football field and children stated that the man collapsed and died in front of them. Police had not reported this detail initially when they announced the death and had not revealed that the officer had fired his weapon near a crowded field with children and parents. Parents are quite upset and were offered free counseling by the police department.

The officer has formally invoked Marsy’s Law, a law originally created to shield the identities of crime victims. Police in Florida and several other states routinely abuse Marsy’s Law to hide the names of killer cops. Marsy’s Law has officially been requested by the officer to hide his name.

An unnamed 50-year-old man on a motorcycle hit a deer on I-75 in Palmetto and was thrown from his motorcycle. Florida Highway Patrol came to help and ran over and killed the man who had been injured in the road.

Palm Beach deputies were called to outside a business along Military Trail north of Forest Hill Boulevard near West Palm Beach where a man was described as “suspicious, lurking in bushes”. Police arrived with backup, confronted him and an unknown altercation took place between him and several officers which is only described by police as him being “uncooperative” and police alleging that he “pulled out a gun”, showing an altered (disproportionately enlarged) photo of a pellet gun they claim was found after he was shot and killed. Police began hunting a car in Wayne County, West Virginia and ended in Huntington after an intense high-speed chase by at least 2 police departments together. The chase ended when the vehicle crashed while being chased. A 68-year-old man was driving, and the passengers were identified as a 43-year-old man, a 16-year-old boy, and a 15-year-old girl. All four were transported to the hospital for medical treatment. Officials say the 16-year-old died at the hospital as a result of his injuries. Nazi memorabilia was found in the crashed vehicle. Police explained that this chase was drug-related.

The Seward County Sheriff’s Office said deputies tried to traffic-stop a vehicle heading west on I-80 at 3:11 p.m., but the driver turned around and drove the wrong way on the interstate. SCSO said the vehicle crossed over into the eastbound lanes near the Milford exit and continued on I-80. Deputies apparently followed him head-on in the wrong direction at high speeds until it came to a stop on I-80 near the Pleasant Dale exit. According to deputies, the passenger exited the vehicle but the driver reportedly refused. Deputies claim they saw an unspecified weapon in his hand and shot and killed the man. No video or eyewitnesses can be located so far.
Officer Anthony Gann was charged with manslaughter in April of 2024 and was arrested with trial pending.

Randolph County deputies received a call that a teenager had overdosed and needed medical help. Police arrived and the 19-year-old had fled. Police pursued him and saw him walking at the intersection of Main and First Streets. Police claim that he pulled out a handgun and fired a shot as they approached. They shot and killed him. Kent Police Department were called when two men abandoned a vehicle in someone’s driveway and told the homeowner they were out of gas and going to walk to get some. Police arrived and discovered the abandoned vehicle had been stolen and apparently left in the driveway undamaged. Police followed the men and found them running. Kent PD shot and killed an unnamed man who was found hiding behind a house. Police claimed he had a knife on him. John Drake Jr. had shot and injured two La Vergne, TN police officers several days prior. A massive manhunt was underway for several days, attracting additional attention due to the fact that Drake was the son of the current Nashville police chief John Drake. On 10/24/2023, after several days of a massive public manhunt after him, police received a call that he had stolen a vehicle at gunpoint and driven away in it. Police spotted the stolen vehicle on Thompson Lane and escalated a chase that ended when he crashed into a parked car. When police moved toward the vehicle, they found Drake dead, having committed suicide under police duress during the chase.

US Marshals arrived to arrest some allegedly escaped inmates and in a chaotic scene shot and killed Christian Williams, another party. Four APD officers and 1 Texas State trooper made forcible entry in a domestic violence case and shot and killed Cristobal Ordonez Flores in Austin on 10/23/2023. Police state the man had been armed. Neighbors report that a large shootout was created between two law enforcement agencies and a man who was allegedly involved in a domestic violence incident. Homestead PD arrived at 1298 SE 11th Place in Homestead after a call they did not disclose. An unknown altercation occurred with a man and an officer fired her gun when she entered. He allegedly held a bread knife in his hand when police arrived and shot and killed him.

Correctional Officer Kelly Rolando was killed in a vehicle crash at 7:14 p.m. on the 54 Bypass in Mexico, Missouri. Officer Rolando was returning to the Northeast Correctional Center in Bowling Green from a temporary assignment at the University Hospital in Columbia when he collided head-on with a vehicle traveling southbound. He and Jeffrey Jappa, the driver of the other vehicle, were killed instantly.

San Antonio Police Department (SAPD) announced that an unnamed officer was on patrol at the Winston Square Apartments when he came across a man with a gun in his waistband. The officer initiated a foot chase, attacked Garcia with a taser and a struggle ensued. The officer shot and killed Ruben Garcia. Police immediately extensively smeared Garcia and claimed he had a lengthy criminal history. Family and numerous friends state that he was nonviolent and quite popular and that his past offenses were of a nonviolent nature. Video of his friends and neighbors speaking strongly to that effect and contradicting the depiction by police of his character is linked in video below.

“He didn’t pull out a gun at all. He was lying on the floor with his hands like that,” said a neighbor holding his hands behind his back at the time. He also stated that bystanders were afraid of being shot also due to the behavior of police on the scene.

It is noteworthy that police spent more effort besmirching his character than explaining many outstanding parts of their own narrative why they killed him. This is the third shooting in less than one week by San Antonio PD.

***UPDATE 11/23/2023*** San Antonio PD released the bodycam which is linked below and marked "bodycam." In it, the officer is seen driving up, jumping out of his car and taking off with a taser after Garcia. It is difficult to believe he had seen a "gun in his waistband" because he started the hunt on foot after Garcia the moment he spotted him from a distance. Garcia was under attack for just being on the sidewalk if police cannot add any more reasons why the officer saw him and began an aggfressive taser chase. Police continued repeating that he had an "extensive" criminal record and this likely was the reason the officer became aggressive without obvious reason the moment he spotted him, should police not offer any other explanation for this patrol officer's decision.

In the video, Garcia is caught, tased, knocked to the ground, pleading with the officer and recorded as begging:“I’m bleeding from my head, boss. Come on, man. Boss, please, no man. Please...” Garcia pleaded for his life. He had already been injured by the officer and his reactions suggest he thought the officer wanted to kill him. The officer did step back, point his gun and unloaded it into him, aiming to kill. Police claimed he had a gun, highlighting his hand on bodycam. It is not clearly visible what he may be holding as he is being shot but he is seen injured on the ground pointing away from the officer who opened fire and killed him.

A juvenile female went to the Stanton County Sheriff’s Office with unspecified injuries inflicted by 45-year-old Ricky Thompson. Police obtained a search warrant and went to his trailer home but he allegedly blocked the door and uttered verbal threats. The Kansas Highway Patrol arrived and both law enforcement agencies launched a lengthy standoff against the man yelling at them in the trailer. Police breached his door with an armored vehicle and officers threw in a cell phone, demanding to talk to him. A drone was sent into the home and showed he was injured. Police entered and found him with a gunshot wound to the head, allegedly having committed suicide under police duress during the lengthy police militarized standoff around his home.

Cleveland PD admitted that they escalated a car chase in Cleveland with Willowick PD at high speeds until the vehicle crashed on 92nd Street and St. Clair Avenue. One person died in the massive crash with a third-party vehicle as a result of the police chase. Police did not say why they escalated this deadly chase.

Around 11:15 p.m. on October 21, 2023, Bay PD Officer Shull informed dispatch that he was “in pursuit of a side-by-side.” Several minutes into it, Shull informed dispatch that he had hit the driver. In his next radio call, Shull mused that the vehicle “may be stolen” and he justified this assumption by stating that “it is brand new.” It is not known what type of vehicle it had been. Only 26 seconds later, Officer Shull again radio’d dispatch and announced “I just hit him. Dispatch. He wrecked out.”

Less than a minute later, Officer Shull was back on the radio, requesting an ambulance and then asking for a medical helicopter because McMasters was “bleeding from the nose and mouth.” A total of 80 seconds after the crash, he announced that McMasters was “10-7”, the code for "deceased."

The family of Steven Kyle McMasters disputes the officer’s remarks that the vehicle may be stolen which was the assumption that led Officer Shull to make the fatal decision to chase the vehicle on an apparent profiling assumption. Officer Shull then announced beer “near” the side-by-side, formulating the next accusation against the deceased motorist. The family strongly denies the claims about intoxication and has hired a lawyer.

Bay Police Chief declined to release information about the incident. The City of Bay has cited an ongoing investigation into their inability to remove the incident’s body and dash camera footage. The Arkansas State Police are currently involved in the investigation.

Bay PD Police Chief Keith Milam declined giving more information about the crash. He also refused to allow the City of Bay to investigate the bodycam and dashcam footage.

Chief Milam initially stated the officer would not be placed on leave for this incident. This was changed later when the case began being dissected in the media and Shull was then placed on paid administrative leave.

Chief Milam stated he could not comment because Arkansas State Police were investigating the critical incident. Arkansas State Police were questioned about this by media and said they were not aware of any investigation. Bodycam and dashcam allegedly exist and have again been requested by media but so far were met with the unwillingness of the Police Chief to share these records. The Ontario Police Department asked the Fayette Sheriff’s Office for help chasing a vehicle that was heading into Fruitland, Idaho. Police said they were chasing the vehicle because it was a Jetta without headlights and without license plates that may be driving too fast. Police chased the Jetta to Elmore Road and US-30 where it left the road, crashed into a canal and hit concrete. A 16-year-old girl and a 19-year-old boy died in the crash. They have not been identified so far. Police allege that the Jetta was stolen.
