Cheyenne Police Department We’re called with claims that a woman was using methamphetamine. When police confronted her, she drove away and someone else’s car. Cheyenne PD, and Laramie County deputies chased her at high speed and finally placed spike strips. When the vehicle was forcibly stopped, the woman committed suicide under police duress.
