New Hampshire State Police were sent to a domestic violence call an shot and killed Christopher Tkal, alleging he had a rifle. A rifle was allegedly found under him. No BWC exists. The SWAT shooter officer, Noah Sanctuary, had been involved in a fatal SWAT killing of Jeffrey Ely, 41, in Claremont on March 31, 2021, less than a year before killing Tkal.
