OPEN RECORDS SUMMARY :
Billings PD responded to a report of a man walking outside with what appeared to be a handgun. Police arrived and saw the man point the gun at a vehicle and at other people outside. Police approached him and claim that he pointed the gun at them. They fired a number of shots and killed Raymond Dupree.
