OPEN RECORDS SUMMARY :
Cleveland PD were sent to the 1300 block of Yellowstone Road in Cleveland Heights for a disturbance call. Christian Thomas had been in an argument with his father where shots were fired. Police arrived and shot and killed Christian Thomas. His family said that Thomas had been a national spelling bee champion and a “beautiful soul.”
The family is demanding release of all bodycams, not just the select excerpts that have been released.
