OPEN RECORDS SUMMARY :
San Bernardino deputies and SWAT arrived at a domestic violence call. A woman had fled the house and a man who had held a gun to her head was locked inside. SWAT surround the home for hours and pressured him to come outside and finally shot and killed the man. It is not known whether he represented a direct threat to police or not.
