Gillette PD received a call from a resident who claimed a man was making violent threats against other individuals in the residence and was refusing to leave. Police claim the person had an edged weapon. Police fired beanbag rounds at him. He defensively retreated further into the residence. Police allege Ismael Trinidad Montescharged them carrying the weapon. Two officers shot and killed him.
