Fresno PDarrived at the Meux Homme Museum for a call of a man "pacing frantically" outside. Police allege the windows of the museum were broken, the front door pried open with someone in the building. Police found Edgar Mendoza and tased him. Claiming he had raised a hammer in response, two officers shot and killed him.
