Manchester PD received a 911 call about a person with a gun at 1143 Mammoth Road just before 3:30 a.m. Police arrived and met the individual outside of a home at an apartment complex and opened fire. Four officers fired their guns at the person and one additional officer discharged a less-lethal munition. Alex Richard Makalii Naone was killed.No officers were charged.
