OPEN RECORDS SUMMARY :
El Paso officers responded to a domestic violence call and allege that Mack Lee came out of his home with a gun. Police then shot and killed him. Autopsy showed him to have 11 bullets in his body. No BWC can be found to verify police narrative. The killing was Justified by the DA.
