Philadelphia, PD and the SEPTA transit police heard gunfire and found Zy Hartman and state he had a weapon. There were two women nearby with gunshot wounds. Officers chased Hartman into a nearby home and engaged in a shootout. After an extended standoff, police found him shot to death by an officer.
