OPEN RECORDS SUMMARY :
Tucson PD were sent to a call for a man on a roof behaving erratically. Police arrived and said he had knives and bricks he threw at police. Police engaged in a physical fight with him, tasered him multiple times after which he died. The coroner ruled that he died from a cardiac arrest which was aggravated by the tasering and spit hood forced on him. No officers were charged.
