North Little Rock PD initiated his chase for unknown reasons after a failed traffic stop. Police escalated the chase until the vehicle crashed into another vehicle. The drivers opposed vehicles were injured. Two passengers, 16-year-old Keyvon White and 15-year-old Samartra Doyne, in the vehicle under pursuit were killed.
