New Castle PD arrived at a residence to check on a man reported for erratic behavior who had allegedly broken into a home. Albert Beckworth-Thompson was allegedly confused, unable to cooperate and was attacked with tasers. He struggled under the attack and lost consciousness and died during arrest. He had been unarmed.
