OPEN RECORDS SUMMARY :
Peoria PD arrived at a domestic violence call and saw Jerry Lott driving off. Police later found his vehicle and felt he may be impaired. Police traffic-stopped him and he emerged from the vehicle yelling at police, reached into the vehicle and was shot and killed.
