OPEN RECORDS SUMMARY :
Michael Ramos was allegedly out of control and had shot a family member’s car with a BB gun and was walking around with a bow and arrow. CHP and Kern County deputies arrived and Ramos became more agitated and locked himself in the house. SWAT arrived and Ramos picked up a bow and arrow. The situation escalated and he refused to cooperate with police and was shot and killed.
