OPEN RECORDS SUMMARY :
A man reportedly stole a vehicle and fired at police, then fled into someone’s home on 7th Street. Nashville PD brought SWAT and escalated a standoff which lasted for many hours. Michael Ridley, 31, was found dead in the home at the end of the standoff. Police attribute his death to suicide.
