Montgomery County deputies arrived to a disturbance call in the 3400 block of Janet Road in Wheaton Glenmont in Montgomery County. They encountered a man holding a grill fork and shot and killed him. He had no knife. His family said he was drunk and argued with a neighbor and police came. His family stated that he did not speak English and likely did not understand what officers wanted from him. The family asked why a taser was not used on the drunk unarmed man.
