Florida Highway Patrol saw four adolescent drivers and alleged that the vehicle “drove over the median.” Police attempted to traffic stop the vehicle which did not stop. Police escalated a chase, executed a PIT maneuver at high speed crashed, killing one passenger and injuring three others. This chase was reportedly initiated over a traffic violation.
