OPEN RECORDS SUMMARY :
Highlands police were sent to 1000 West Hill St. in Allman Park for men causing a disturbance and allegedly having a knife. Police found Alberto Rodriguez and reportedly asked him to leave the location but he refused for unknown reasons. Police then try to arrest him and fired tasers at him. When tasers failed to subdue him, police continued the altercation. Rodriguez picked up nearby weights from a weight bench and began throwing them toward police. Police reportedly feared for their lives and shot and killed him.
