Massachusetts state police tried to traffic stop a man for “behaving suspiciously” and possibly having a gun. The man did not stop and troopers pursuit him on foot during which he allegedly tried to carjack a vehicle. Troopers shot and killed him. He is believed to have killed Yubar Perez, 40, at another location prior to the fatal traffic stop.
