OPEN RECORDS SUMMARY :
Walterboro police and Colleton County deputies were sent to a disturbance Tuesday night in a parking lot off Sniders Highway near a Best Western and Ruby Tuesday. Police state that they were called because was slashing car tires. Police arrived, allegedly saw him with a knife and killed him. His family states that he was a very kind man, severe military, PTSD and a TBI head injury. He was also alignment who had worked tirelessly during hurricane Milton recovery just prior to his death. It is unknown whether he had any access to mental health support.
