Phoenix officers were called to a domestic dispute and attempted to detain 26-year-old Juan Reynoso, but he pulled away and started running. As the officers chased after him, he stopped and “armed himself with a gun.” Police shot and killed him. The alleged gun he had was fake. He had been unarmed.
