Jacksonville deputies arrived at a custodial kidnapping, where a man had taken a five-year-old girl. Police escalated a high-speed chase that lasted for 30 minutes on the I 95 and reached 90 mph. The man exited the ramp and landed in a pond. He was arrested, but police could not find the child immediately. She was later found dead at the bottom of the pond.
