Las Vegas police began pursuing a reckless driver after observing a stolen Lexus involved in a hit-and-run. Officers escalated the chase, during which the driver crashed into a Mitsubishi Outlander. This collision led to the deaths of two children, 11-year-old Dante Lewis and 6-year-old Taliyah Lewis, who were passengers in the Outlander. The driver fled the scene but was later apprehended and charged. The pursuit and crash remain under investigation by Las Vegas Metropolitan Police.
