On 12/10/2024, at approximately 4:05 a.m., 45-year-old Steven Woods was found unresponsive in his cell at the Oklahoma County Jail during breakfast service. He was pronounced dead at the scene. Preliminary investigations suggest suicide as the cause of death. Woods had been booked into the jail on 12/08/2024 by the Oklahoma County Sheriff's Office on a drug charge, with a bond set at $25,000. The Okla
homa State Medical Examiner will make the final determination regarding the cause of death.
