OPEN RECORDS SUMMARY :
On January 28, 2025, at approximately 8:30 p.m., the owner of the Vapor Room, a cannabis dispensary located on Ninth Street in San Francisco, was shot multiple times during an attempted robbery. San Francisco Police Department officers responded to the scene and encountered a man armed with a firearm. Police shot and killed him. The dispensary owner was transported to a local hospital and is reported to be in stable condition. The incident is under investigation.
