On October 28, 2024, 18-year-old Lincoln Boe was found dead in his cell at the Clark County Detention Center in Las Vegas, Nevada. Boe, who had ties to Idaho, was being held without bail on charges of open murder in connection with the April 29, 2024, stabbing death of Gina Broome, whose body was discovered behind a dumpster in Las Vegas. Detention center records indicate that Boe died by suicide. He was awaiting trial, which was scheduled for the summer of 2025.
