On February 10, 2025, at approximately 2:30 a.m., 23-year-old Moises Cruz of Millersburg was driving a Honda Accord at a high rate of speed in Harrisburg, Pennsylvania and collided with a Harrisburg Police Department SUV and two other vehicles. Cruz was pronounced dead at the scene. The police officer and occupants of the other vehicles sustained injuries and were transported to a local hospital for treatment. The incident is under investigation.
