OPEN RECORDS SUMMARY :
Memphis Police Department officers responded to a disturbance call in the 1600 block of Rayner Street. Upon arrival, they arrested 54-year-old Rinaldo Anderson. Shortly after being taken into custody, Anderson experienced a medical emergency. He was transported to Methodist University Hospital in critical condition, where he later died. The Tennessee Bureau of Investigation is investigating the circumstances of his death.
