On 03/03/2025, Tony Randall Davis, a male in his 50s, was found unresponsive in his cell at the Dougherty County Jail in Albany, Georgia. He had been in custody for approximately two days and was housed alone in a cell. A jail staff member discovered him unresponsive during a routine check. Davis was pronounced dead at the scene. The Georgia Bureau of Investigation (GBI) is conducting an investigation into his death, and no foul play is suspected at this time.
