A 54-year-old male was found unresponsive in the medical unit of Louisville Metro Corrections at approximately 3:30 p.m. on March 14, 2025. He was transported to a hospital, where he was pronounced dead at 5:20 p.m. He had been in custody since March 19, 2022. The Louisville Metro Police Department’s Public Integrity Unit is investigating.
