Upon arrival, officers encountered Ignacio Silva, who was reportedly involved in the disturbance. During their attempt to de-escalate the situation, Silva allegedly produced a firearm, prompting officers to discharge their weapons, resulting in Silva's death. The Texas Rangers are conducting an investigation into the incident.
