Near mile marker 191, an Arkansas State Police trooper conducted a PIT maneuver—a tactic known to be potentially lethal at speeds above 35 mph—causing the truck to overturn and crash. Laterrika Woods, the 29-year-old sister of Memphis rapper Big Boogie, was a passenger in the vehicle. She was ejected during the crash and died at the scene.
