OPEN RECORDS SUMMARY :

Clovis Police observed reckless driving near Temperance and Gettysburg Avenues and attempted a traffic stop. The driver did not stop. Police escalated a chase and continued until the intersection of Temperance Avenue and Belmont Avenue, where the vehicle clipped a Toyota Camry stopped at a stop sign, causing the Camry to spin. The Charger then collided with an oncoming Chevrolet Tahoe. The driver was pronounced dead at the scene.
