Felipe Millan-Gomez, 32, was wanted for an armed carjacking in Onekama, Michigan, during which a female victim was reportedly forced to drive before escaping. The vehicle was later recovered. Millan-Gomezwas located on Interstate 40 in Carlisle, Arkansas, by U.S. Marshals and Arkansas State Police. During a traffic stop near mile marker 180, Millan-Gomez allegedly exited the vehicle and brandished a weapon. Troopers opened fire and killed him. Arkansas State Police are investigating, and the case will be reviewed by the Lonoke County Prosecuting Attorney.
