Las Vegas Metro PD arrived at an assault and battery call. Ochoa had allegedly battered her brother. When police arrived, she questioned why they had their hands on their guns to talk to her. One officer tried to arrest her. She allegedly picked up a knife and hit him in the head, causing an unknown injury. Police shot and killed her.
