On 07/05/2025 at approximately 9:00 p.m., Tulsa Police Department officers responded to a domestic disturbance call near Admiral Place and 193rd East Avenue. Officers encountered a 49-year-old woman holding a large butcher knife who allegedly charged at them. Officers opened fire, shooting and killing her at the scene. The incident is under investigation by the Tulsa Police Department.
