One man was pronounced dead at the scene, while the second was transported to a local hospital and later died of his injuries. No officers or bystanders were reported injured. The Minnesota Bureau of Criminal Apprehension is leading an independent investigation, collecting body-worn camera footage, processing ballistic evidence, and reviewing the actions of the officers involved.
